make me need to pay more rental even i'm not in KL!!
sh!t.. i tot i can rent to my fren wit my normal rental fees rm157.30 not include utility~
and my fren was intersted!!
but my housemate say~ cant rent her rm157.30..
need rent to her rm180~
coz of risk assessment..

who ask us is accountancy student~
ya i admit!! it hard to ask me take out my money from my purse~
arrgghh!! now my fren feel like don want rent my place coz the
